About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an
Administrator to join UKCS team based in Warrington on a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC) until March 2024.


What you'll be doing

As an
Administrator you'll:


  • Assist the Timekeeper with the uploading of timesheets/ hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software. Ensuring allocation sheets are submitted and received by all the JV blue collars on time to issue accurate cost allocations and adjustments;
  • Maintaining Absence/Sickness/Holiday trackers for the Blue Collar employees;


  • General Admin duties

  • Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
  • Cover reception when required
  • Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries;
  • Cover Plan of the day when required;
  • Book conference rooms internally and externally for the team meetings;
  • Manage M-Site system on site;
  • Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager.

Who we're looking for

You'll be/have:

  • Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator;
  • Excellent Communication Skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Honest Reliable and Professional Person;
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team;
  • Organised with excellent timekeeping skills;
  • Computer Literate.
