My client, based in Sandwell are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
A competitive salary is on offer; negotiable dependent on experience, as well as 33 days' annual leave and other benefits.
Requirements:
- IMDG and IATA certifications
- 3 years' experience within a Customer Service Management role
- A strong understanding of the exportation of goods across borders, duty and incoterms, post Brexit
- Experience of account management, order processing fulfilment and shipping
- Previous experience of hazardous goods is beneficial
