We are privileged to provide an alternative form of education in a newly renovated building for young people no longer attending mainstream school due to difficult life experiences.

If you too share our vision that investing in student mental health and wellbeing is a pre-requisite for academic progress, Red Balloon Norwich is the setting to use your skills to provide holistic pastoral care for young people.

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who will provide 1-to-1 support to a student with medical needs.

You will supervise the student so that they have full access to all of the learning opportunities within our centre, building their confidence and social skills.

An understanding of epilepsy would be highly advantageous and Red Balloon Norwich will provide all first aid training required within this role

Here at Red Balloon Norwich, we know that when young people feel comfortable and connected within a calm learning environment, they make better progress educationally and personally.

From a cooked meal to share together each lunchtime to a range of lunch-time clubs and co-curricular activities, you will be skilled at interacting with and championing young people so that they develop confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging.
