Our client is a two-partner firm which has recently been acquired by a family-run business, established over 20 years ago, and has experienced year on year growth, so this is a real exciting time to join the team and grow with them.


How you'll spend your time_:
_


  • Nurture relationships with customer facing teams to deliver a compliance and support service that is efficient, timely and accurate.
  • Support the daytoday activities of the team, including duties such as: preparing VAT returns, bookkeeping (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual), companies house filings, helping with preparation of Accounts, posting of accounts on TaxCalc/Iris, HMRC calls,preparing Letters
  • Actively contributing to efficiency and quality and aim to continuously improve.
  • Contribute to team development, communicating and playing to your personal strengths and talents, enabling you to fulfil your potential.
  • Identify changes and process improvements to maximise efficiency and productivity so that the business continuously improves.
  • Develop self and maintain a positive working environment contributing to the achievement of targets


Don't worry if you haven't done all of the above, our client is looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and give it a go.

Training and support will be provided, in an environment that will encourage you to reach your full potential.


This opportunity will be great for you if

  • You have a small amount of experience working within an Accounts or Finance Department and are looking for the next opportunity in your career.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the desire to be part of a team who put customer service at the heart of what they do.
