We are looking to appoint a Patient Booking Assistant within the Royal National Throat Nose & Ear and Eastman Dental Hospitals division at UCLH.

The Administration Assistants are a key point of contact for clinicians and administrative teams.

You will work collaboratively with Service Team Leaders and Assistant General Managers when booking new appointments and escalating capacity concerns accordingly.

This role is fast paced and provides you with the opportunity to manage a varied workload.


You must be capable and competent in the use of patient administration systems and be able to work with a range of professionals including consultants, GPs, Senior Managers and administrative colleagues both internal and external.

We will expect you have basic understanding of 18 week RTT pathways.
