Here at XPO Logistics, we're currently recruiting for a Central FP&A to join our team in Crick. You'll focus and support our accounts for our central functions. You'll also support the other finance leads across the business ensuring that we've got accurate budgets and forecasts.

XPO in the UK is a £700million t/o business with contracts providing transport and warehousing solutions to many household brands and businesses across the UK.


Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Partner with our key SG&A departments providing insight and analysis to functions such as HR, Sales, Projects, QSHE, Procurement and Finance.
  • Up and down stream control of SG&A P&L's providing local support to the UK&I business but also control the reporting up the Matrix structure for key departments.
  • Full nominal control and ownership of SG&A cost lines across the business.
  • Develop a strong cohesion between the FSSC, Payroll, Procurement, Projects and Operational Finance managers
  • Weekly Flash, Budget & Forecast responsibilities for all XPO UK&I entities
  • To support continuous improvements of financial process
  • Responsible for "cause and effect" analysis liaising with operational managers to reduce cost

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • High-level Financial awareness; attention to detail; strong communication skills; intermediate Excel & SAP skills
  • Qualified / Part qualified ACCA
  • CIMA or equivalent
  • A team player
  • Previous experience in a senior financial role
