Are you a customer-oriented individual with a knack for sales? Do you thrive in a dynamic team environment where you can engage with customers and drive revenue? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Team Member with a sales focus to join our team in Bristol City Centre.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing exceptional service at all times.
Utilise your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend products/services that meet their requirements.
Actively engage with customers to drive sales, promote special offers, and upsell additional products/services.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system.
Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Sales Responsibilities:

Proactively approach customers to introduce promotions and new products/services.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to drive interest and sales.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
Build rapport and longterm relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Keep uptodate with product knowledge and sales techniques to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers and close sales.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
