Position Requirements:


A genuine smile

• Be able to communicate clearly and concisely with our customers.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Have reliable transportation to get to work.
• Have the ability to lift 50 pounds or more on occasion.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions (hot & cold beverages).
• Be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
• Be able to work weekend shifts when needed.
• Be comfortable standing for 8 hours straight (on occasion).
• Be comfortable walking for 8 hours straight (on occasion).
• Be able to stand for 8 hours straight (on occasion).

The position requires the ability to learn our coffee making process of making espresso, making lattes, making hot cocoa, making iced beverages, preparing sandwiches, etc.

Position requires quick thinking, problem solving, multitasking, and being able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness standards.

Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and be able to stand 8 hours straight throughout shift.

Must be comfortable walking or standing for an entire shift while making use of a walker or cane as needed.

Position requires the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with our customers at all times while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Position requires the ability to follow instructions and have reliability as well as dependability as well as the ability to follow all safety procedures and rules as established by management at all times.

Position requires the ability to work on weekends when needed as well as part time employees working at least 2 days per week during normal business hours of operation (1 shift 2 days per week).

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
