We are looking for a talented, confident and energetic HSE Administrator to join our team at Detail Design Engineering Limited.
You will be responsible for the administration and documentation of our HSE strategy with a focus on 'best in class' policies and procedures for our BMS Service, Maintenance and Construction Projects based business.
You will be targeted on improving HSE related KPI's and will be the main point of contact for external regulating bodies.
You will be passionate about putting health & safety at the top of our agenda to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and training across the business.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Organising H&S training and ensuring all staff are certified.
- Compiling PPQ's for new and existing customers.
- Champion for embedding safety culture into hearts and minds, driving behavioural change.
- Effective delivery of our health and safety strategy through assisting, advising and working closely with our operational teams.
- Auditing, inspecting and reporting on health and safety performance across the business
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, measuring and monitoring improved performance against plan.
Key skills & experience:
- Experience of HSE administration in the engineering industry.
- Track record in communicating the company policies and procedures.
- Experience in Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
- IT literate, particularly on Office 365 and Excel.
- Excellent team player and communicator.
