We are recruiting for an incredible financial services company based in the heart of Altrincham and are looking for a New Business Consultant / Sales Advisor that delivers exceptional results to join our vibrant team.

You will receive a market leading salaryof £30,000 with OTE's between £55,000-60,000

Package and Benefits of our Sales Advisor role:

£30,000 base salary with realistic first year earnings of £45,000
Uncapped commission. OTE's up to £55,00060,000 after your first year
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Day-to-day Sales Advisor duties:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with contractors looking to set up under an umbrella company
Converting warm leads through web enquiries to secure sales of financial services
Effective questioning in a professional manner in order to advise on the most suitable product and service
Have strong knowledge of companies features to ensure contractors are informed
Hitting KPIs and activity levels whilst maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Providing excellent customer service and knowledge of the companies features to ensure the customer understands the service

Requirements for our Sales Advisor role:

We would like to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, New Business Executive, Telesales Advisor or similar
Minimum 2 years sales experience required
Previous experience in a targetdriven sales environment
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Well educated. Degree preferred but not essential
Strong Customer Service experience
