Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to join our team.

As a Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and help them reach their full potential.

If you have experience working with children, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for education and mentoring, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone mentoring and support to children in various age groups, including preschool and toddler care.
  • Implement behavior management strategies and techniques, utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Create and implement individualized educational plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
  • Assist with proofreading and editing written assignments or projects.
  • Serve as a role model for children, demonstrating positive values and behaviors.
  • Engage in regular communication with parents/guardians regarding progress, challenges, and goals.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children.
  • Flexibility in working with children of different age groups and diverse backgrounds.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
