Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to join our team.
As a Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide oneonone mentoring and support to children in various age groups, including preschool and toddler care.
- Implement behavior management strategies and techniques, utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
- Create and implement individualized educational plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
- Assist with proofreading and editing written assignments or projects.
- Serve as a role model for children, demonstrating positive values and behaviors.
- Engage in regular communication with parents/guardians regarding progress, challenges, and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children.
- Flexibility in working with children of different age groups and diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.

Contract length: 4 months
Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
