Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to join our team.

As a Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and help them reach their full potential.

If you have experience working with children, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for education and mentoring, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone mentoring and support to children in various age groups, including preschool and toddler care.
Implement behavior management strategies and techniques, utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
Create and implement individualized educational plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
Assist with proofreading and editing written assignments or projects.
Serve as a role model for children, demonstrating positive values and behaviors.
Engage in regular communication with parents/guardians regarding progress, challenges, and goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children.
Flexibility in working with children of different age groups and diverse backgrounds.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.

Job Types:

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day
