Description

Our client is an independent workshop group, who currently have a position available for a Central Switchboard Receptionist.

In this job you will be required to:

Answer inbound telephone calls.
Field calls to relevant departments/managers.
Update customers where required.
Carry out some general admin duties.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and experience of handling a busy switchboard to be considered for this position.

Having motor trade experience is highly desirable, but not essential.

Personal qualities include being:

Organised.
IT literate.
Confident.
Flexible.

Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible).
