Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer to grow with our team to aid us in our journey to revolutionising e-mobility with our ground-breaking control by-wire technology

Reporting to the Purchasing Department Manager, our new Buyer should possess attention to detail and a focused outlook.


Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate for the best price
  • Manage requisitions and update management on the status of orders
  • Administrative maintaining
    REE's approved vendor list
  • Monitor and review supplier performance

Requirements:


  • Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Awareness of manufacturing procedures
  • Proven negotiation skills, problemsolving skills, and organisational experience
  • Excellent systems aptitude
  • Ability to digest technical documents including contracts, product drawings, and product specification
  • Good multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • UK citizenship or equivalent without restrictions
