At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier We're looking for a Falls Prevention Partnership Officer to join One You Kensington and Chelsea and One You Westminster.

We are starting to deliver 24-week Falls Management Exercise Programmes (FaME) and looking for a Partnership Officer to promote the programme to residents, GPs and other community services.

A typical day as a Partnership Officer for Falls Management might include:

  • Promoting the 24-week FaME Programme across Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster
  • Ensuring each course has a suitable number of clients registered
  • Organising and conducting outreach events at a variety of locations across the borough
  • Creating relationships with all key partners to foster referrals into the programme
  • Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments we're always looking to share knowledge and resources
  • Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values

To work with us in this role you will need to be a trained Postural Stability Instructor. However, we hire based on attitude over traditional skills and experience so if you feel you are right for the job we would love to hear from you

Contract:
Part-time (0.5 FT), fixed term until end of December 2023.


Salary:
£23,302 pro rata

Applicants will be contacted to outline the next stages of the process. Interviews are likely to take place on the week commencing the 13th of February.


Location:
This job is both remote and based in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster_. _The role will require travel around the boroughs and to our office in North Kensington.
