Construction Planner

Co. Antrim

Salary - Paying up to £40,000 & subsided healthcare, life assurance, enhanced holidays and others
I am delighted to be working with one of NIs leading specialist contractors who are seeking for a Construction Planner to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis


Reporting to the Head of Planning you will

  • Work with the project team to develop comprehensive phased project programmes
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Prepare detailed project timelines
  • Produce marked up drawings relevant to the project phases
  • Coordinate with stakeholder to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress with as built programmes
  • Assist the estimating department on project bids
  • Produce resource histograms relevant to capacity planning/labour
  • Carry out what IF scenarios
  • Visits to construction sites within the UK & Ireland may be require
  • Other adhoc duties

About you
- + 3 years construction planning experience

  • Experience of using Project Planning software
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
