Senior Account Manager

  • Salary up to £32,000
  • Permanent, full time 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid working
  • 30 days holiday per year
  • Essential Car Allowance of up to £800 pa

The objective is to assist with the growth of One Education, by bringing in new customers from the education sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Management of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Develop customer relationships to ensure One Education is a valued supplier of choice
  • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales information and reports for senior managers, marketing and sales teams as well as keeping expense accounts
  • Generating new business using various customer sales methods i.e. facetoface, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Organisation and delivery of bids and presentations for tender opportunities alongside the Wider Leadership Team
  • Mentoring responsibility for Account Managers helping build confidence when cross selling
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Responsible to know all product/service availability, use, benefits and pricing structure

Personal Competences:


  • Proven track record of successfully growing customer accounts
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft office programs)
  • Maths and English to GCSE level
