Locum Planning Lawyer - Remote Working - ASAP START - 3 months + - Up to £55 per hour Umbrella - West Midlands


Venn Group's specialist legal team are currently working with a
Local Authority in the
West Midlandswho are recruiting for a
Locum Planning Lawyerto join their department.

This position requires an individual very experienced in dealing with planning matters

Expected duration
:3 months +

Hourly rate
:
Up to £55 per hour umbrella

Skill level
:
Qualified Lawyers (Legal Executive, Solicitor or Barrister)

Working arrangement
:
Remote Working, occasional office presence will be expected if necessary

Daily duties may include:

  • Providing advice on a wide range of planning matters
  • Advising and representing clients in negotiations and discussions
  • Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements
  • Offering support to other legal departments as and when required
The position offers an hourly rate of up to
