**Equine Training Consultant

Windsor Area (Flexible working optional)**This is an opportunity to join our highly successful fieldbased equine training team. We are looking for a dedicated and inspirational individual to use their knowledge and experience of the industry, to develop and support our learners in achieving their Apprenticeship.

You will need:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Equine
Excellent communication and people skills and to be professional and approachable
Competent computer skills and a willingness to learn to use an eportfolio as well as the ability to work via remote communication platforms confidently.
A driving licence and willingness to travel across counties in the given area.

Desirable:

Teaching experience in an FE or HE environment
A teaching qualification at L3 or above
TAQA L3 or equivalent and/or assessment experience
TAQA 4 or equivalent
An understanding of workbased learning
GCSEs at Grade C or above in Maths, English
A Business Services qualification at L3 or above.

You will also need the self-discipline to manage your own time and workload and undertake the administration required of the post.

This will be a full time, permanent position.

You will work from your own home, with a combination of remote training sessions and face to face visits for a workload of learners in the areas identified above i.e.

Home Counties and surrounding areas

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 (pro rata) depending on qualifications and experience, plus travel expenses and pension scheme.
