WHAT TO EXPECT
Do you want to be apart of something great? Do you want to be one of the first to help with developing in house batteries within JLR?
With the introduction of JLR's first In-house designed and manufactured BEV batteries, the need to carefully manage the introduction into volume production is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Ensure Launch quality is assured with no significant launch spikes.
- Ensure launch timing is maintained
- Facilitate clear lines of communication and effective working relations across appropriate and business functions
- Design, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Product information, central MP&L
- Support the build and check parts are successfully introduced to the vehicle.
- Represent the battery in the open to go process.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Knowledge of complex product launch process in automotive or equivalent industry
- BSc / BEng or equivalent in a related field
- Proven capability of working in a high pressure time limited environment and reporting to senior leadership
- Capable of clearing representing complex stories effectively to a senior audience in short time
