Job Description:

The Product Strategy & Development team is a sub-team of Product, responsible for all aspects of product strategy and development of LGIM's funds and products.

Their purpose is to design, deliver and management a client-centric offering, enable achievement of LGIM's overall commercial strategy, and to ensure LGIM's product activity is in line with regulatory standards and LGIM's Product Process.

In this role you will be doing:

Product design and delivery
Project management
Product governance and compliance
Product technical support
Operational engagement
Competitors and industry
Realtionship Building
Regualtory and product knowledge
Consumer Duty

Qualifications:

Degree qualified or equivalent required
Financial Services experience a bonus, particularly in investment management and more specifically private assets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high quality outputs within an everchanging landscape
Comfortable and able to manage multiple stakeholders and differing priorities at once
Demonstrates high attention to detail and seeks continual improvement and efficiency in delivery of processes
