The Client Solutions Manager for our client's Global Business Group team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platformand product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our multi-channel advertisers.

With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specificrelationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction.

Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills,a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

This position works with key FMCG, Telecommunications and other vertical clients in Turkey and is based in our London office.


Responsibilities:


  • Media planning, strategy & measurement and optimization
  • Outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI's. Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of our client's solutions against client's marketing objectives
  • Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
  • Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.)
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and agencies (media,creative,our client's business partners, etc)
  • Advise on media, measurement, and product adoption strategy to deliver against client goals
  • Drive product adoption and product innovation based upon client needs
  • Collaboration with internal crossfunctional teams and ability to comanage complex workstreams
  • Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to
  • Identify upsell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the Client Partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Ability to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

- +5 years of experience in marketing, media and performance marketing companies or digital ecosystem

  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
  • Consistently demonstrate high level of integrity and ownership
  • Experience within the marketing and advertising industry and business development trends (brand building, brand marketing, direct response marketing, advertising and digital ecosystem)
  • Understanding of both brand marketing and performance marketing and major advertising success metrics
  • Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
  • Experience problemsolving and working with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
  • Effective and creative problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with mínimal direction with a high attention to detail
  • Native in Turkish and fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in a technical, mathematics, statistics or marketing fields
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (such as brand marketing, direct response/performance marketing, data and technology solutions, or adtech, partnerships)
  • Experience as a Meta user and general knowledge of our client's ad products
  • Understanding of ad tech ecosystem is a plus
  • Basic understanding of media planning and measurement
  • Understanding of CPG(FMCG), telecommunications and similar industries, and/or ecommerce ecosystem
