Job description

We are building a high-volume, AI-powered content engine to scale performance marketing and organic growth.

Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Content Generator Specialist who can use tools like: ChatGPT Midjourney / Nanobanana and CapCut / Canva (for formatting)

To generate high-performing product photography and UGC-style content featuring Egyptian women across different personas.

Content Requirements
Weekly Output: 50 static content pieces per week, +5 short-form reels (bonus structure)

Content types include:
AI-generated lifestyle product photography, UGC-style content (unboxing, product discovery, app discovery)

Carousel posts Promotional creatives (discounts, Ramadan, Eid, seasonal)

Emotional storytelling visuals
Conversion-focused ad creatives

Target Personas (Egypt-Focused)

Content must authentically represent:
Young Egyptian moms (25–35) + babies, Young families with kids. Newlyweds, Engaged couples, Trendy young women Sisters / best friends

Visual tone:
Egyptian skin tones & features in line with what is currently on the instagram grid

Realistic environments (Cairo apartments, Egyptian homes) mid upper class context (very important)

No generic Western stock feel.

Key Responsibilities

Generate AI product photography featuring:

Create UGC-style visuals for photobooks, polaroids, wall tiles, classic prints, framed prints, and bundles that feel real, relatable, emotional, and highly shareable.

Ensure all content:

Ensure all content follows Meta, Instagram, and TikTok size specifications, is optimized for paid ads, exported in clean formats (1080x1080, 1080x1350, 1080x1920, etc.), and includes copy overlays when required.

Deliver files organized by Campaign, Persona, Format

Must understand social media specifications (Meta, TikTok), hook-based content structures, performance marketing fundamentals, AI prompt engineering, and fast iteration cycles.

20 Mom-focused creatives

10 Newlywed creatives

5 Young women creatives

5 Promotional creatives

10 Experimental / trend-based creatives

5 Reels (bonus)

KPIs include consistent on-time delivery of volume, ad-ready quality, cultural authenticity, fast performance-driven iteration, and a low revision rate.

Compensation Structure

Fixed monthly retainer for 50 pieces/week
Performance bonus for: 5 reels delivered weekly

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
