Description

We are looking for hardworking, proactive Supervisors to join our team here at Hodsock Priory. We predominantly host weddings, although we do also facilitate other events throughout the year as well.

Please be mindful that evening shifts will be a necessity for this role.

The role will entail liaising with the Event Managers at the start of shifts to determine the jobs for the day.

Assigning jobs to bar and waiting staff to ensure smooth running of each event with the highest professionalism and attention to detail.

Solo team management when Event Managers are not present therefore use of initiative is essential. Opening and closing of the bar with some assigned sleep over shifts.

Our shift days will vary dependent on event schedule. As we are hiring multiple supervisors, shifts can vary so there is some flexibility with shifts.
