Dandelion Trading UK LTD T/A Jiamart is looking for an enthusiastic Company Business AccountantCompany Business Accountant Responsibilities:
- Handling basic and daytoday accounting for the business;
- Dealing with staffs' bookkeeping records, ensuring staffs' pay comply with their attendance;
- Cooperating and communicating with the appointed chartered accountant;
- Making quarterly management accounts for the business; Preparations of the end of year accounts;
- Providing financial analysis of our business to the director ;
- Purchasingauthorizing and validating purchase orders;
- Dealing with expense claims; Prompt processing and payment of all invoices;
- Reporting of income and expenditure cash flows;
- Processing all staff monthly expenses and receiving required signatory from the Director;
- Ensuring that annual return and VAT return are monitored and submitted within the agreed timescales.
- have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- be proficient in Chinese as most of our staff, customers and providers are Chinese in the UK.
