Our client is looking to recruit Business Administration Apprentice to join their busy team. This apprentice will start their career with a forward thinking property management organisation to support the growth of their business. This role has come in to support the growth of the organisation at pivotal start of their growth journey.

You will gain a nationally recognised qualification, as well as gaining on the job work experience whilst earning a salary of £5.28 per hour, this will be reviewed on completion of the apprenticeship. The working week is Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Main Duties and Responsibilities are:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support.
  • Keeping wellorganized files and records of business activity.
  • Typing reports and sending to clients.
  • Keeping computer databases up to date.
  • Marketing websites.
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person.
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department.
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on.
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Invoicing.
  • Using spreadsheets to track enquires.
  • Collecting and inputting company data.
  • Making travel arrangements for employees.
  • Learning about the company's mission and available products/services.
  • Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Preparing documents by printing.
  • Writing and editing company correspondence.
  • Collecting and sorting post.

Desired Skills:


  • Computer Literate.
  • Excellent communication skills. (Verbal and Written)

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to use own initiative.

  • Excellent organization skills.
  • GCSE A-C in English and Math.
