Scope of role:
Joining the Product Marketing team reporting to our Head of Product Marketing, your role will help drive market awareness, credibility, and lead generation for ITRS globally: you will improve our brand's success.
As a Content Marketer, you will be asked to plan, research, create, distribute, and analyse content to attract potential customers.
You will be in a unique position to engage with Subject Matter Experts across all departments (from Product and Engineering, through Marketing, to Sales/Presales and Customer Success) and with our customers, to tell the ITRS story.
You will be an advocate of customer value creation through everything that you produce:website, blogs, thought-leadership eBooks, infographics, videos, case studies, solution briefs, how-to-guides, webinars, and more.
This is a London-based role: you will be in the office 2+ days per week.
You have:

Background: You have a background in technology, creating content for an Enterprise IT / B2B / SaaS software vendor. Previous experience in IT monitoring is a plus. You excel in working with technical experts and translating their visions to audiences with varying levels of knowledge.

Accountability:You are proactive with a great sense of ownership. You are naturally curious about people, problems, and solutions.

Impact:You can maximise the reach and impact of content by planning and delivering across a range of media formats, including web, print, video, webinars. Be ready to share examples of how you have achieved it in previous roles.

Story telling: A picture is worth a thousand words. You have exceptional written ability. You can explain complex concepts with a few words, and collaborate with design and web development teams to create content that is visually compelling.
