Clark James Recruitment are currently working with a highly regarded IFA business within the Brighton area.
Due to ongoing business growth our client are looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their expanding team.
Role
- Providing administration support within all aspects of the business.
- Ongoing support to the Advisors, clients and business connections.
- Build and maintain good client relationships, delivering excellent and efficient service.
- Diary Management book appointments includes existing clients, new clients and introducers.
- Prepare appropriate client packs for meetings.
- Ensure existing processes are adhered to and develop new processes where necessary.
- Prioritise and take proactive responsibility for own workload in accordance with the published procedures.
- Ensure all databases are kept uptodate.
- Ensure any work is compliant, complete, scanned and presented in the required format.
- Act as liaison.
- Working closely with Advisors to deliver teams goals, targets and agreed business plan.
- Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Previous Financial Services administration experience essential (Mortgage or IFA expeience considered).
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for shared delivery.
- Must be a selfstarter and be able to take initiative.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Develop solutions and problem solve.
- Recommends appropriate solutions.
- Takes initiative.
- Takes responsibility for actions, manages time effectively and plans ahead.
- Numerate.
- Good IT skills.
- Commercial awareness and good overall product knowledge.
- Compliance awareness.
- Demonstrate a cando and committed attitude.
Package
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience
