Will consider an experienced person or someone looking for a career change.- You will be responsible for assisting a team of experienced mortgage advisers, focusing on residential mortgage and protection business. In addition to Commercial, Bridging and Property Development finance, Auction purchases business. Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients. You will be working in a busy and thriving office as part of a very supportive and welcoming team.
Job Description:
- Ensuring all documents are received from clients prior to meeting with mortgage consultant.
- Chasing lender, solicitors and clients on daily basis
- Scanning and uploading documents onto CRM system
- Required to maintain the accurate records of the clients and build new relationships and make sure the existing pipeline is maintained.
- Consistently meeting company/client deadlines.
- Assisting in the researching of mortgage solutions
- Any other related and general office duties (shredding, filing)
Skills Required:
- Industry experience for at least 1 year preferred
- Attention to detail is a must
- Professional and hardworking
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organised and attention to details is imperative.
- Able to work on MS Office (Word, Excel), scan and print.
- Team Player
- Ambitious with 'Can do' Attitude.

£20,000.00-£300,000.00 per year
