National ranging from £23,400 to £33,000 and London £26,000 to £37,000 per annum

Are you interested in supporting teams responsible for the supervision of wholesale intermediaries?

The Team/Department


We are looking to hire a professional and highly organised Team Administrator to provide day to day support across the Wholesale Intermediaries Department.

This role includes supporting managers, working alongside the Head of Department (HoD) PA, as well as supporting departmental projects.

What you will be doing

  • Providing key day to day assistance to the teams in the department including diary management for managers, prioritising the daily schedule, managing joiner/mover/leaver IT requirements, and resolving adhoc issues or queries on behalf of the managers
  • Coordinating attendance of internal and external meetings including meeting room bookings, travel, and expenses
  • Become the team Sharepoint super user manage records, assisting in the creation and maintenance of SharePoint libraries, acting as a point of contact for project team members, etc
  • Working alongside local Head of Department's PA and the Director's PA to coordinate the division's administrative activities, including ensuring there is adequate administrative cover within the Division, and being a role model and key information contact point
  • Adhoc departmental projects

The skills and experience you will have

Minimum

  • Experience working within a busy administrative position
  • Experience of good organisational and time management experience; able to prioritise and manage workload
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office software, in particular Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Essential

  • Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate, multitask and ensure attention to detail
  • Ability to look ahead, plan work and act on own initiative; as well as being a team player with a flexible and willing approach
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, willing to get things done and a cando attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a good eye for detail
