Senior Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure

We are hiring for a Senior Consultant to grow a team in our Infrastructure space; this role will be working within a team of experts in the field and growing the division with a clear career path for the successful individual.

Based in brand new 5* offices, outside of Port-Solent.

Key Requirements:


  • You are passionate about the Infrastructure recruitment sector and finding niche talent in a competitive market.
  • You may have led small or large teams, focused on experienced recruitment campaigns and recruitment processes that scale up talent pipelines.
  • You appreciate the importance of mentoring others to build their technical skills and develop their careers.
  • You recognise that data is a critical component to operational efficiency and continuously challenging the status quo as a way to get the best results.
  • You are tenacious and pride yourself on having a growth mindset that you can instil in others
