rTRiibe is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our team in
Rotherham. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring the smooth running of the school in the absence of regular teachers.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning.
Deliver preprepared lessons and ensure students complete assigned tasks.
Manage student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Support students with their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and progression in students' education.
Follow the school's policies and procedures regarding behavior management and safeguarding.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role within a secondary school setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support students.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline in a respectful manner.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development and progress of young learners.
