Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. For this opportunity you could be based in Stevenage or Le Plessis-Robinson

The opportunity:

As an integral part of the Group Procurement Category Management team, you will work in an international role to develop capability and improve maturity of the function.

By defining, preparing and issuing the Categories Management Dashboards and critical metrics, you'll increase market intelligence and support category managers to ensure access to adequate data services and periodic market Intelligence reports.

You willalso coordinate supplier risks reviews and reports, and work with the Business Solution and Improvement function as the focal point for functional and transversal activities.

The team is located in each of the MBDA domestic countries and works across the Group in a constantly evolving environment.

What we're looking for from you:

Strong direct procurement and supply chain experience, ideally in components and raw materials categories
Have the ability to persuade and influence with a proven track record of developing and implementing solutions
Logical understanding of problems, able to undertake analysis and identify key issues with solutions, with a continuous improvement mentality
