  • Property Manager Duties:
  • Manage a key portfolio within the Surrey offices; being able to exhibit on growth and retention
  • Offer your knowledge and expertise to guide landlords, tenants, and your team members
  • Arrange pretenancy works, and ensure full onboarding is done before the tenancy begins
  • Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle. Including financial, rental, and legal matters
  • Proactively engage and organise necessary maintenance works to maintain a landlord's asset
  • Property Manager Profile:
  • At least 12 years' experience in a residential Property Manager role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
  • A willingness to learn and mentor
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Property Manager Package:
  • Location: Surrey & Hybrid Working
  • Hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm (12 Saturdays per year)
  • Salary: £28,000 to £34,000 plus bonuses
