I am working with a highly reputable IT Services organisation who has a UK wide customer based, and I am assisting them with the recruitment of a Technical Account Manager.

You'd be working for a company who are almost overly passionate about the customerjourney and customer success.


As a Technical Account Manager you'd be responsible for managing aspects of presales and post sales activities and the overall relationship with the customer.

You will work closely with the sales and business account management teams, to assist winning newbusiness and retaining existing customers.

You will provide outstanding technical services and consultancy before and after the sale.


You will work closely with new and existing customers to identify required services and support customers to make effective use of these services.

You will perform customer onboarding meetings and ensure that the customer's business model and infrastructureis understood.


You will liaise regularly with customers and consistently hold review meetings, to ensure the service offering is in line with the customer's needs and future requirements.


The role is hybrid and offers you the chance to organise your own pattern from office / home as your base.

The salary banding is around the £50K mark and there's even a nice bonus scheme in place worth an extra £30K
