Our Head Office is based just outside of Ipswich, but we operate throughout the UK with the majority of our roles supported by remote working.

IPRS Group are currently recruiting for a
Finance Administrator to join our busy Finance Team.
We are a vibrant and dynamic team of 11 people, operating from our head office site at Little Blakenham in Suffolk and remotely.
Duties as part of the team will include:
> Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers
> Raising and processing of weekly and monthly sales invoices to our clients
> Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation
> Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submission
> Raising and sending of sales invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
> Participation in the team telephone rota, to include taking payment of excesses by credit card
> Production and maintenance of detailed process flow documents
> Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
> Knowledge of Access Dimensions or similar accounting software (D)
> Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (E)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
> Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
> Ability to work under minimum supervision
> Capable to keep calm under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
> Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail

Salary £22,110 per annum
