Role - Continuous Improvement Officer

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Be Caring central team.
Joining Be Caring Limited as our Continuous Improvement Officer, you will part of the UK's largest employee-owned provider of community care services.

- Homebased working with the expectation to travel _within the North West of England and Yorkshire
- _Transport
- Driver's licence and access to own vehicle is essential (Mileage paid at 40p per mile)_
- Tuesday _13th December at 5:00pm
What we need from you
Working as part of the Continuous Improvement team you will play a key role is ensuring that Be Caring continues to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our customers with varied support needs within our local communities.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in auditing and developing processes with the ability to drive and embed positive change.
Main Roles and Responsibility
- Supporting Be Caring services to manage and improve quality compliance
- Carrying out regular audits in line with CQC and internal standards.
- Promoting the core principles and values which underpin Be Caring as an organisation.
- Improving quality and performance through auditing and monitoring the following:
- Complaints and Safeguarding
- Health and Safety, Accidents and Incidents
- Client Quality Interventions
- Colleague Quality Interventions
- Administration of Medication
- Recruitment and HR
- Using the learning and outcomes of auditing and monitoring to promote Be Caring's core values:
