The Week Digital gathers and reflects on news as it happens, adding depth and context to breaking stories. Like the printed magazine, the website's watchwords are brevity, clarity and consistency. The website is complemented by a selection of newsletters and podcasts.

The web edition of The Week is looking for a Newsletter Editor covering current affairs and culture, for an audience based mostly in the UK and US.

What you'll be doing

You'll be working with colleagues in the UK and US to ensure consistency of tone and approach across all newsletters, interpreting analytics and using them to refine and improve The Week's newsletter offering.

There are also opportunities to take part in our award-winning podcast, The Week Unwrapped, and to review restaurants, global travel destinations and more for our lifestyle sections.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

An interest in everything from international current affairs to lifestyle journalism and the arts
Excellent writing, editing and organisation skills
Capable of meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
Experience in writing newsletters and using content management systems would be an advantage
