Job Description Factory Operative

We are looking for a dependable team member to join our Highbridge site to assist with manufacturing

  • No previous experience is required as full training will be given.
Requirements you will be working on a weekly rotation

  • Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm £10.80 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm £12.42 per hour
  • Conditional monthly attendance bonus of £250 after 3 months.
  • The ability to work well with others
  • Basic written record keeping
  • Physically fit as lifting will be involved
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Your own transport to get to and from work
  • Reliable
Schedule

  • 8hour Shift Monday to Friday
  • Weekend Overtime when required
