This top US Law firm with arguably some of the nicest offices in London, are looking for a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join a tightly knit recruiting team.

This position is responsible for assisting the overall administration of the recruiting processand help with the smooth on-boarding of potential new members of staff.

£32,000

A few responsibilities:

Responsible for arranging inductions for all new joiners scheduling the invites and liaising with the relevant teams and keeping up to date with changes

- conduct the necessary right to work checks

Collate prescreening/background/DBS checks for all new joiners

- arranging interviews - including liaising with the teams and arranging zoom/room bookings, sending internal interview reminders
- support the team members involved in graduate recruiting which may involve some attendance at law fairs
