A unique & rare opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Administrator to join a committed team at a leading, privately owned, transport company based in Middlewich.

This is a full time, permanent position.


Your Shift Pattern:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 1hour lunch break

Your Pay:

- £22,000-£24,000PA dependant on experience


Your job:


  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the vehicle maintenance department
  • Assisting with the planning of truck and vehicle maintenance/MOT's/Servicing & scheduling
  • Liaison with service providers and inhouse mechanics.
  • All the work is controlled and managed with an industry standard software package
  • Ensuring all jobs are booked onto the system and updated accordingly
  • Checking and authorising invoices.

What we need from you:


  • Reporting to the Service fleet supervisor day to day
  • Experience in a maintenance department whether that be with a service agent, workshop or in house facility is an advantage but not essential.
  • You must have an eye for detail and be structured in your approach.
  • Good communication as there is significant telephone interaction/interdepartmental coordination as part of the role.
