Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This is a crucial role in our organization as it directly impacts the financial well-being of our employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information from employees
  • Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and commissions
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data in the HRIS system
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
  • Stay uptodate with relevant payroll laws and regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify discrepancies
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries

Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.


Salary:
£24,444.00-£25,737.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
