Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This is a crucial role in our organization as it directly impacts the financial well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collect and verify timekeeping information from employees
- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data in the HRIS system
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
- Stay uptodate with relevant payroll laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries
Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.
Salary:
£24,444.00-£25,737.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
