Internal Sales/trade Counter Assistant - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Bearing Source Ltd.

Description

The role is essential in supplying our customers with an efficient and highly competitive service with every order.

We supply customers nationwide from our Liverpool office with a range of industrial engineering components such as bearings, belt & chain drives, oil seals, adhesives and lubricants mostly on a time-critical basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

The role consists of:

• Preparing quotes, invoices & purchase orders quickly and efficiently.
• Processing incoming deliveries ready to be despatched on our vans/courier
• Stock management.
• Product identification on the trade counter and onsite
• Site visits & deliveries.
• Assisting with our 24 hour call out service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• An interest in mechanical engineering.
• Administration experience.
• Microsoft Office, Google sheets and accounting software; Xero.
• The ability to work independently to strict deadlines
• A clean driving licence

Experience:

• Sales administration: 4 years (preferred)

- bearing and power transmission sales: 2 years (preferred)

• Trade counter sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Clean driving license (preferred)
