Our client is currently looking to hire an Employee Brand & Attraction Executive/Associate to join a busy team, to which you will play a part in delivering and developing talent brand and attraction programs across our clients multiple brands.

You will havea chance to work on a number of awesome projects for one of the UK's largest retailers, where your work will truly make an impact and help us take our employer brand to the next level.


Location:
Manchester, Milton Keynes, London, Coventry, Edinburgh - Be able to get to one of these offices twice a week.


Duration:9 Months


Contract:
Inside IR35


Day Rate:
Negotiable depending on experience.

  • You will support our Brand and Attraction manager to build and execute multilayered attraction campaigns, across early careers, experienced hires and volume hiring. You will use a range of methods from social media, advertising, programmatic, blogs, virtualand inperson events and more.
  • Monitor our employee voice externally via channels like Indeed and Glassdoor
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business and become the SME for data driven insights and campaigns
  • Support the running our Employer Brand Clinic which facilitates requests from our recruitment community
  • Track, analyse and report on data to measure our campaigns, the tools we use and return on investment, using results to continually drive improvements.

Experience Required:


  • Previous marketing experience that can be transferred, or previous employer brand, recruitment marketing experience or recruitment knowledge with understanding and some experience of running campaigns
  • Know how to support multilayered campaigns and the right tactics to use for different areas and roles
  • Experience project managing campaigns and projects to ensure they stay on track
  • Comfortable with analysing data and insights to make informed decisions
  • Able to be a gatekeeper for a governed brand
  • A creative thinker who can generate ideas and comfortable moving in a fast paced retail environment
  • Experience of copywriting content, following our tone of voice
  • A willingness to learn about our brand and jump headfirst into campaigns
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, getting involved in all projects
