**Rust Developer
Hybrid working - New York

Up to $250K + Shares + Benefits**Are you a seasoned Rust Engineer with an interest in blockchain and interoperability? We are seeking a Senior Rust Engineer (up to 3 actually) to join our team out of New York and work on our cutting-edge interoperability protocol.

Be part of creating themost accessible, secure and fast route between connected blockchains.
Join us twice a week (maximum) in our brand-new offices in New York, we can be flexible but we like that face-to-face time


As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize the off-chain validator and relayer agents that secure the interchain messaging protocol.

You will also simplify and document the process for third parties to participate in the protocolby running agents and design and implement tokenomic incentives for protocol participation.


  • Experience building and maintaining highthroughout Rust systems
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience working with Ethereum or EVMcompatible smart contract platforms
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience working with Rust in a professional setting
  • The project supports a wide range of programming languages, including Solidity, Rust, and Go.
  • Strong sense of initiative, autonomy and ownership over your work
  • A cryptonative mindset (Not necessarily the most important need)
  • Drive, intensity, and motivation to perform at a high level with a passion for learning

allowing for millions of transactions per second._


BONUS:
Experience also working with _non-EVM-based_ smart contract platforms, having an understanding of the industry is important to us.
