Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities. Delivery of peer support related training across the Trust and to external agencies where applicable.

To bring a lived experience perspective within RCE Wellbeing Hub in both the coproduction and co-delivery of RCE Wellbeing Hub courses and within the delivery of the PEP programme.

Deliver the day-to-day operational management of peer support workers/developments.


Assisting with the day to day running of the RCE Wellbeing Hubs and spokes where peer support workers are working.

To co-deliver training and courses in relation to Peer Support and The RCE Wellbeing Hub.

Supporting the work of the RCE Wellbeing Hub in the development of new policies and processes, in relation to peer support work.

The post holder will lead the delivery of team readiness and PSW supervisor training to service lines and teams as agreed by the Recovery Lead.

Run regular group supervision/reflective sessions for the wider Peer Support workforce. Support the recruitment of peer support workers within the Trust.
