The Connected Demand Planning Lead will be a self-starting, driven and passionate supply chain professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain Area/Global exposure to multiple stake holders across the Reckitt business.

As the roles and responsibilities of the position will evolve as industry trends evolve, the individual will be expected to show an interest and keep up to date with disruptive concepts and work closely with IBP and DP Capabilities Owners from Centre of Excellence Teams and identify opportunities to leverage and incorporate these concepts in the Reckitt business.

You will deliver the insights, reporting capability and drill-down analysis required for intelligent decision-making throughout the company.

Always curious, your interpersonal skills will be as critical as your technical skills in this role as you collaborate across markets, factories, copackers and HQ and multi-functional teams both in and outside of RB as we relentlessly pursue our Purpose and Fight.

You'll succeed because
You have in-depth knowledge of End to End business processes (especially Planning and including S&OP). You have actual planning experience in business, preferably in FMCG sector.

You've got strong business analytical skills and strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers.

You have knowledge of SAP & JDE ERP systems.

You have exceptional presentation, communication and inter-personal skills and you are a effective Team Leader who will develop talent towards progressive Supply Roles.
