Description

The post holder must have the ability to interpret national standards relating to facilities management and support the Facilities Management in setting standards accordingly in liaison with operation and clinical managers.

Responsible for performance information within the soft FM Responsible for ensuring close liaison and interfacing with the internal client clinicians so all aspects of the facilities function within the sites managed achieve the clinical requirements and enhance the patients wellbeing and recovery.

Responsible for ensuring that the sites managed perform well against CQC and PLACE requirements. Key relationships will be Head of Facilities, Facilities Operations Managers, Senior Managers within the Trust, Medical Staff, external bodies and agencies, Estates Department, Trust and external service providers
