Lextons are looking for a senior sales negotiator to join our friendly team due to continued success and expansion.You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service with both buyers and sellers, gaining instructions and selling properties.
You will need to have a good amount of experience in estate agency and come across as personable and professional in everything you do.
We are seeking someone who wants a career with Lextons and encourage development and want to promote within.

The Role
- Registering potential buyers and arranging viewings via telephone and in person
- Generating and booking in valuations
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with vendors to ensure excellent customer service throughout their journey with Lextons
- Regularly monitoring and reacting to the property market to inform other departments of changes and ensuring market knowledge is up to date
- Maintaining excellent industry standards by ensuring confidentiality
- Remaining a professional presence through marketing and networking to ensure business opportunities are not missed.
The Person
- 2 or more years' experience within estate agency in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS office products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain client relationships
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organisation skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work in a highpressured environment
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player
Competitive salary and commission structure, 40 hours per week.
