    Main Responsibilities:

    • Visual Excellence: Develop in-depth knowledge of our brand style choices and product packages to consistently deliver exceptional visual displays that showcase the best of our brand.
    • Store Appearance: Take pride in ensuring the store looks and feels amazing, embodying the Superdry brand aesthetic.
    • Brand Ambassadorship: Be immersed in our brand values and culture, demonstrating a deep understanding of our consumers' needs and preferences.
    • Leadership: Support the Store Leader in achieving business objectives, providing coaching and guidance to the team to ensure delivery of retail standards and service expectations.
    • Commercial Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of store performance metrics and contribute to the development of strategies to drive growth and improvement.

    People Management (Responsibility may vary dependent on store):

    • Team Supervision: Provide day-to-day support to the team, offering clear direction and guidance to focus their efforts and achieve daily targets.
    • Feedback and Development: Deliver timely feedback to associates, recognizing successes and addressing areas for improvement, contributing to the talent review process and performance reviews.
