About The Role:

Hawkwood are currently partnering with a highly prestigious FTSE 100 business who are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to focus on Leadership level hiring specifically.

With headquarters in London and offices based around the world, our client plays a central role in safeguarding the financial well-being of individuals and organisations globally.

Given the nature of the business, they are required to hire hugely ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals.

The role:

What can you expect to be getting up to?

Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues to understand areas of growth or challenges from a talent perspective.
Acquire a deep understanding of resourcing requirements to develop and execute a hiring strategy, ensuring proactive and efficient delivery of processes.
Provide market and competitor insight to validate the case for new business initiatives, build talent pipelines for future hiring and support succession risk planning requirements
Demonstrate consideration of diverse talent on all search mandates. Explore innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse talent intelligence/pipelines to assist with future capability requirements.

About You:

Strong track record delivering financial services executive search or research, gained either with an inhouse team or an executive search firm.
Senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at the executive level.
Experience in developing and driving diverse attraction strategies
